Presumably, a software update was carried out on the host, such as installing a different version of PHP. Since the wiki was running on a hopelessly outdated version of MediaWiki, fatal errors occur that prevent the creation of pages. However, the website is generally accessible, as can be seen from the access to various image pages or categories.
