Femininity (also called womanliness or womanhood) is a set of attributes, behaviors, and roles generally associated with girls and women.

Femininity is docility (i.e. being teachable) and submissiveness. It is how women show love.[1] Long hair[kw] is feminine, and women who cut their hair short typically drop several points on the attractiveness scale.[2]

Femininity is sometimes described simply as a lack of masculine traits.[3]
