Reflective Niqab
From WikiMANNia
Jump to navigationJump to searchThe Reflective Niqab (also safety burka) is a Sharia[wp]-compliant safety vest for Muslim women, a niqab[wp] in yellow or orange fluorescent paint with retroreflective strips, which serves for better visibility of people.
The Italian artist Marco Biagini created a neon-colored niqab in signal colors for an "Outside performance" at the Venice Biennale[wp] 2015, which was also shown at the Lincoln Center in New York City in December, 2015.

Biaginis Work was also presented in the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts on December 4, 2015 in New York City.[2]
A German satire page made it the ADAC[wp] - Pannenburka.[1]
