Belt
From WikiMANNia
Jump to navigationJump to searchA belt is a flexible band, typically made of leather[wipi], PVC[wipi] or heavy cloth, though rubber ones exist. It is often worn around the waist to support trousers, jeans or a skirt, or to give shape to a dress or coat, and it serves for style and decoration. Some belts, especially rubber ones, are elastic for a snug fit.
The belt may be held closed with a buckle, and in this case usually has several holes for an adjustable fit. Alternatively there may be some form of clasp and there may be some way to adjust the belt's length.
Belts are used in BDSM for hitting people, often as a pervertible[wipi], and as bondage devices[wipi].
