Hoejabi is a portmanteau[wp] of hoe[wikt] and hijabi, attested online since at least 2011.[1]
A hoejabi is a sexually promiscuous Muslim woman who wears the headscarf[wp] to appease her family with a pious appearance, but as soon as her parents are on a weekend trip, she brings the whole football team to run a train on her.[2]
A Muslim girl who wears the hijab[wp], but does not properly act like a hijabi/is not religious. i.e. drinks, has boyfriends, swears, wears tight clothes, etc.[3]
